R & R's Oscar Birthday

Daddy, Grumpy and I aren't the only ones with birthdays in March. Rebeka and Rhiannon celebrated this year with an Oscar's birthday party with all their friends dressed up in gowns. They even gave away little Oscar statues and I won the Best Comedic Performance (okay, so technically Team Thomas won the award, but I think it was mostly because of my performance and besides the statue sits in my room. Just saying . . . ) The Oscar the Grouch cake was their mom's idea of a play on words. Moms! ~ Oliver

Sculptures by the sea

Jareth, Karina, Mommy and I hit Cottlesloe Beach to check out the famous Sculptures by the Sea. There were all sorts of cool sculptures like the world made out of scrap plastic, sea creatures made out of recycled milk bottle tops, and waves made out of Barbie dolls. There was also a really enormous thing that Mommy called a hoon bag and a super cool little boy hanging ten on a surf rescue board. ~ Oliver

Kindamania

Now that we're a bit bigger, Jessica and I enrolled into Kindamania instead of Tumble Tots. Every week we get to do a different theme like: construction or animals or things that go. This week the theme was dress-up and we even had our own runway to strut our stuff. What do you think, could modelling be in my future? ~ Oliver

Happy Birthday Oliver!

Given that it's now two months since I turned three and mom still hasn't posted the photos from my birthday, I'm taking over this blog and getting us caught up just a little bit.

This year for my birthday I was spoiled. (And by the smiles on my big brother's face, you'd think that he thought he was spoiled too. He sure did like "helping" with all of my presents!)

WOOHOO!! Elliot got me my first fishing pole
so that we can go fishing together!!

And Grumpy bought Elliot and I a new keyboard
so that we can learn to play the piano
and make beautiful music for mom and dad.

And mom and dad got me my very own
reading chair for my bedroom.

Auntie Sue, Uncle Rich, Vincent and Dominic gave me
a ride-on shark and a bubble gun which I love!!!

And Grumpy gave me my very own Lego car
that really goes and doesn't even break apart
very much when it crashes into things!

At least Elliot let me blow out my own candles!!
