Girls' names are hard!

Paul and I have settled on a fabulous boy's name, but we're having the darndest time with girls' names. I know that we have several months left, but still we need help. Please send us your suggestions and hopefully we'll be inspired.

Girls names are really tricky! Our friends just had a baby girl and named her Hattie. Cute! They went through birth records from the 1800's to find something old fashioned but pretty. I still like Elenore (Ellie) and Olive. Good Luck!

Emerson Grace Thomas (emmie)
Emma Grey Thomas
Anna Marie Thomas (my gramma Schatzel's name
Anne Marie Thomas
Elizabeth Ann Thomas ( lizzy, beth, izzy...)

Just a few off the top of my head.

These are good! I especially like Hattie and Emerson. I like Ellie too but Elenore not so much.

Keep 'em coming!!

I think you should honor your Eastern Washinton roots. Here are a few that Matt and I have come up with so far:
Finley
Selah
Connell
Zillah
Odessa
Lmuma
Kiona
If that seems too trashy, you can always hunt down first names of good writers like Flannery, Edith, or Zora.

Hi Casey!

I just couldn't help but chime in when I saw the suggestion of Emerson Grace! I have a cute little cat named Emerson Grace and we always get compliments on the name.

I also love Finley and Flannery. If only my future baby's daddy would be so open to such cool and original/unique names. :)

Glad you're doing well!

What about Wapato, Klickitat, Moxee, Washtucna or Smyrna while we're at it?
