A farmer's market at a real farm . . . what an absolutely brilliant concept!

Sunday we visited our local farmer's market which recently has been relocated to our local high school's working farm (I know, really cool!). Not only did we buy some gorgeous locally grown fruits and veggies and some homemade jam and sweets, but Elliot was ecstatic as he raced around petting and feeding the cows and sheep. (He wasn't so sure about the farm's enormous friendly pig which was alright with us!)

And if Elliot were writing this post, I'm pretty sure he'd say something like, "MOOOOOO" which is what he emphatically repeated all day as he pointed to and/or ran toward every animal he saw! It was a really fun morning!

First of all, Elliot, I LOVE your sweater! I had a sweater with that color and a similar woolly texture and all my freinds used to call it my Mr.Roper sweater...you can ask your mom and I have NO doubt she will know who I am referring to. Regardless, I loved it and I think you look super adorable in your sweater. And this farm...gosh, I am quite envious that you got to spend a day with so many adorable animals! Looks like you were having fun!!!
