Pregnancy brain strikes again
A couple of days ago when taking a shower, I accidentally put conditioner in my hair first and didn't notice until it wasn't sudsing the way it ought to. The next day I did it again and had a bit of a chuckle at myself for being such a knucklehead. So the next day I paid extra close attention and made sure that I grabbed for the shampoo first. The trouble was that I used it again instead of the conditioner and didn't realize it until I struggled to comb through it. Oi vay! You've got to love pregnancy brain!

Is there a "mom brain" too? I tried to eject a CD out of the CD player in my car that hasn't worked in about 3 years! I was stumped and thought, "man, that's going to be a bummer to get fixed!" Then I realized I had one that works perfectly and has been in the car for years. Holy cow!

I have been doing the same thing lately and I am certainly NOT pregnant!
I do think I know the cause of my absentminedness. OLD AGE!
But maybe it's heredity sweetie. Sorry....
