In a desperate attempt to get out of the heat and to entertain Elliot without exhausting my now humongous body, I decided to take Elliot to his first movie (well not really, he accompanied me to a few when he was really really little, but he slept through most of them so they don't really count, do they?)We invited Nana and headed down to the multiplex for a hilarious screening of Gnomeo and Juliet. And Elliot LOVED it!!! He was so glued to the screen (or busy looking behind us at the projector) that he never left his seat. It was such a fun way to spend the afternoon.
And now Elliot is just a little bit gnome-obsessed!

I'm so glad you do this. As you know I believe in giving the little ones every opportunity to explore new fronts. I look forward to the day when Elliot and I can go to the movies.
