Cabin in the snow

The highlight of the last week in the States was our stay with the whole family in a cabin at Mt Hood. When we planned this little holiday in our holiday I was sure that the boys would get to experience snow. By god, there's skiing year round at Mt Hood. Well, not this year. As of mid-January, there were still several ski areas without sufficient snow to open, and the town of Government Camp was still incredibly snow-free.

Lucky for us, that all changed the first night we got there, and the snow just kept falling the whole time we were there. And the boys LOVED it! They sledded and built snowmen and went tubing and caught snowflakes on their tongues and made snow angels and had an un-birthday party and spent lots of snuggly time inside our awesome cabin. Heck, Elliot even got the chance to try out snowmobiling. It was just perfect!

What!?!? No pictures of sledding and tubing and stuff? Our little guys didn't stand still long enough for photo, but we did get some killer videos of our little daredevils. Check out our youtube channel.
