After Christmas we headed to the Tri-Cities, and BRRRRR it was cold!!! So cold that one day when we took the boys to the playground, Paul and I took it in turns going to the restroom to warm ourselves up with the hand dryer.
But it wasn't too cold to catch up with our all the old friends: Matt and Melissa to introduce them to geocaching, Ami, Doug and Kayla for a lovely dinner, and Holly, Terry, Finn and Kate to ring in the New Year with all sorts of fun and games.
And we met some new friends too: Grumpy introduced us to his friend Bonnie and we all went bowling and to the hockey game which despite the picture, the boys really enjoyed.
