The Cutta Cutta limestone caves an hour south of Katherine was our next stop. Aside from seeing some pretty remarkable cave formations, we also spotted a brown tree snake on a ledge.
And then we were off to our camp at the Mataranka Warm Springs and homestead from the book, "We of the Never Never." The warm springs were glorious, but we didn't think much of our dusty camping site in the overflow section. Lucky for us, we spent most of our time either in the springs or at the pub enjoying some pretty awesome musicians and an incredible whip-cracking champion.
