One of the things that Ollie was looking forward to most on this holiday was having the chance to fossick for jewels at Gemstone. Despite a rough night the night before with Ollie getting a migraine and vomiting all over our bed, the little guy woke up raring to collect our pick axes and sieves and get digging for some garnets. We had a very lucky morning and found heaps of theses semi-precious stones. The boys were especially chuffed because when we had our garnets graded, we learned that we found the biggest gem of the day.
